Debbie Quintana is the founder and president of Gourmet Gifts LLC, a unique gift basket company which focuses on personalization, branding and superior customer service. She has been successful at creating one of the most unique approaches to the gift industry by providing a model of personalization, which has awarded her a high level of respect amongst her customers. In May 2008, Debbie was recognized by the reputable Silicon Valley Business Journal in their “40 under 40” program as an up and coming innovator in Silicon Valley. Recently, she was named a woman role model in WE Magazine.
As a small business consultant, Debbie has worked with small business owners to create, rejuvenate and launch their businesses by focusing on the customer experience, taking the right risks and demonstrating excellence. With plenty of clients under her belt, she’s developed a humble reputation for helping those with a vision of realizing their dreams.
In 2009, Debbie launched her second gift basket company, The Spirit of Wellness. SOW is designed to specifically address the need for gifts associated with challenging times, promoting gifts for individuals going through chemo, depression and anxiety. SOW also provides gifts for those looking for personal improvement and relaxation.
Her most recent project, The Gift Basket Association, is getting global attention as she brings gift basket companies all over the world together to collaborate and partner in the spirit of raising awareness and sales to the industry. She added "publisher" to her list of titles with the launch of a new magazine called Trends & Tips.

Debbie is the founding member of the Women’s Networking Alliance, an organization designed to enable support and growth amongst women business owners in Silicon Valley. WNA has recently announced their support for Girls for Change in San Jose, California. And, in January of 2010, launched WNA nationally.
As an advocate for philanthropy and the environment, Debbie is involved with numerous organizations including Kainos Vocational Services in Redwood City and has been granted “green” certification with the Santa Clara County Green Business Association.
Debbie is a global security manager for Cisco Systems and specializes in proactive intelligence, crisis management, safety and investigations.
Debbie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband Alex and son Travis.
